Aimee Corbin, Staff Attorney

Aimee Corbin joined the Supreme Court of Texas for the Permanent Judicial Commission for Children, Youth and Families in September 2020. Her primary areas of focus are education for children and youth in the Texas foster care system, the identification and intervention of commercial sexual exploitation of children (CSEC), and child abuse and neglect prevention services. 

Aimee began her career in child welfare as a Conservatorship and Investigation caseworker for the Department of Family and Protective services in Travis County. After law school, she joined the Hays County District Attorney’s Office where she represented the Department of Family and Protective Services as a child welfare prosecutor. Aimee earned a Juris Doctorate from St. Mary’s University School of Law in 2016 and a Bachelor of Social Work from the University of Texas at Austin in 2004. She is board certified in Child Welfare Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.
